Interview
Selected candidates will be required to do
a screening and testing of basic knowledge. Then, required to pass a face to face interview with our Recruiting Officer. At this time all
drivers are to present an updated abstract. *Please note drivers with more than 2 demerit points on their abstract will not be considered
as a successful applicant.
Successful candidates will be placed in a priority list in the
order of applications received. As positions become available, candidate's reference(s) list will
be verified and drivers will be placed in a training session.
Training
New employees are trained by
our safety and training department. This is preformed with all our drivers. Also a clear vulnerable screening will be required.
Every 6 months CVOR and abstract should be given to the main office. All drivers must provide two reference checks.
This allows the company to train and test our employees to ensure we are hiring the best driver that will carry our pride.
